1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Collection And Development Service In The R1 And/Or R12 Process With A Code 20 03 07 - Bulky Waste, Along With The Waste Transport Service From Rżuok Rypin Sp.Z O.O. In The City Forest2. The Amount Of Waste With A Code 20 03 07 Intended For Collection, Transport And Development, Is About 300 Mg.3. Waste Collection Will Take Place Successively Within 6 Months Of The Entry Into Force Of The Contract - From April 2025. 4. Development Of Collected Large -Size Waste With Code 20 03 07 Must Take Place In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 797), In The Process In The Municipal Installation Referred To In Art. 38B Para. 1 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste, Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form. 5. The Transport Of Waste Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 7, 2016 On Detailed Requirements For Waste Transport (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1742). 6. The Contractor In The Offer Form Is Obliged To Indicate The Recovery Process In Accordance With Annex 1 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Vol. Journal Of Laws, Item 2020 Item 797), To Which The Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Subjected To The Name And Address Of The Installation/Plant To Which The Waste Will Be Directed, With The Proviso That In The Case Of Waste Management This Waste Should Be Transferred To Municipal Installation In Accordance With Art. 38B Para. 1 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste. 7. Waste Will Be Loaded Loose. Loading Of Waste Lies With The Contracting Authority And Will Take Place Using A Telescopic Charger. 8. Each Waste Collection Will Take Place By Weighing The Collected Waste On The Legalized Weight Of The Contracting Authority, Located In Rzok Rypin Sp. This Document Will Be The Basis For Determining The Amount Of Waste Collected By The Contractor And The Basis For Settlement. 9. The Employer Will Be Obliged To Issue Waste Transfer Cards In An Electronic Waste Database, In Which The Waste Transporting Entity Will Be Indicated And The Installation To Which These Waste Will Be Transferred. The Waste Receiving Entity Will Be Obliged To Confirm The Abovementioned Cards. The Cards Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Vol. Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 797) .10. Waste Collection Will Take Place Successively On Business Days From Monday To Friday, From From 7:00 To 15:00, After Prior Agreement On The Details Of Waste Collection, Including: Date, Time And Type Of Vehicles, Sent To The Contractors E-Mail Address. The Contractor Will Collect Waste From The Plant No Later Than Within The Maximum Of 4 Business Days From Sending The Notification In Question By The Contracting Authority. 11.
