Request for proposals for UAEU ERP System for UAEU SG Division (Phase 1 - Consultation). UAEU plans to evaluate the current state of its ERP system and supportive systems in place that are utilized to manage the universitys core operational areas (i.e., Financial Management, Human Capital Management (HR, Payroll), Procurement, Inventory Management, Facilities Management, and Reporting), as well as any other operational areas from the academic operations that cross-check with these core functions. This includes conducting comprehensive business process gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, as well as evaluating potential solutions as replacement. UAEU seeks proposals to initiate this project as a first phase; Bidders are required to submit proposals fulfilling UAEU requirements as outlined in this RFP.
