Quotation are invited for Appointment of a Service Provider to Render a Service, Maintenance and Repairs of the Existing Fire Gas Suppression System at the National Herbarium Building: Pretoria National Botanical Garden for Two (2) Years. Closing Date: 27 March 2025 Required Documents Potential Service Providers must also submit the following mandatory documents failure to submit the documents will lead to disqualification: a) It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of Level 1 SF or higher. Attach valid proof of registration. b) Valid letter of good standing from the office of the Compensation Commissioner as required by the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA). c) Proof of public liability insurance. d) Employees must submit proof of valid registration with SAQCC. e) Formal quotation with company letter head. f) Duly completed and signed SBD forms. Additional Documents: a) A copy of the company Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report b) Appointed service provider will need to ensure that the Health and Safety file is available before they can start with the project.
