The Client Plans To Enter Into A Contract Without Prior Competition As There Is Only One Supplier (The Norwegian Swimming Association) In The Market That Can Provide The Services That Meet The Requirements Of The Client. In This Market Survey, The Client Wants To Open Input From Other Potential Suppliers If It Turns Out That There Are Nevertheless Other Suppliers Who Can Provide Relevant Services In Accordance With The Clients Needs.
