The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Of A System For Measuring Specific Mechanical Quantities For Examining The Border Of Material Fatigue For The Needs Of The Plovdiv Branch Under Project 24 Pl-I002. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New, Unused, In Original Factory Packaging (Where Applicable). The Supplied Equipment Must Be Completed With The Necessary Elements So That It Is Working And Performing The Functions Embedded In The Specification. If It Turns Out That The Equipment Cannot Perform A Function Due To A Shortage Or Lack Of The Relevant Elements, They Must Be Delivered At The Expense Of The Contractor.
