1) The Subject Of The Contract Is A Renovation Of Rooms In The Building Of The Poznań City Hall At Ul. Gronowa 20, In Accordance With: A) A Preliminary, Constituting Annex 2 To The Template Of The Contract; B) Technology And Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex 3 To The Contract Template; C) In This Respect, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Technical And Building Standards, Polish Standards Applicable In In This Respect, Having Directly Applicable Directives And Norms Of The European Union As Well As Construction Art; D) The Highest Care, Ensuring The Highest Quality Of The Works Performed; E) The Contractors Cost Estimate; F) Agreed With The Ordering Schedule Of Works Taking Into Account Work In A Maximum Of Four Rooms At The Same Time; G) Concluded. Construction, In A Building In Constant Use; B) Taking Out Furniture From The Room (In Some Cases To Another Floor); C) Execution Of Works In A Non -Climbryose Way With The Functioning Of The Building, As Little As Possible For People Working And Staying In The Building. The Contractor Will Carry Out Work Throughout The Week, With All Loud Or Burdensome Works Should Be Carried Out After Working Hours Of The Poznań City Hall, I.E. On Mondays After 17:00, And On The Others On Business Days After 15:30. The Contractor Undertakes To Organize Robots In A Way That Does Not Use Building Users In Danger And Nuisance Resulting From The Works Carried Out, Not In The City Hall Of The Poznań City Hall; D) The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Other Restrictions Resulting From The Principles In Force In The Buildings Of Ump, While Applying Special Precautions; E) Performing Full Photographic Documentation In Accordance With Standards. The Availability Of Buildings For People With Disabilities, And Other Restrictions Resulting From The Principles Prevailing In The Ump Buildings, Constituting Annex 7 To The Contract Template.
