1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Connector Enabling Communication Between Two Buildings And And B Primary School No. 2 In Plewiska At The First Floor Level. 2. The Connector Was Designed With A Structure In The Form Of A Steel Spatial Truss Supported On Reinforced Concrete Columns. 3. The Connector Will Be Equipped With The Following Installations: A) Central Heating Installation) Mechanical Ventilation Installation) Electrical Installation) Teletechnical Installation) Protective Installations. 4. Technical Data Of The Connector: A) Length - 24.00 M) Width - 4.00 Mc) Floor Height - 3.15 Md) Total Area - 87.84 M2.5. Place Of Order Performance: Ul. Prof. Wacław Strażewicz 1 In Plewiska. 6. The Detailed Scope Of Works, According To Which The Work Should Be Carried Out, Includes Design Documentation, Stwior, And The Number Of Works, Constituting Attachments To This Swz. The Design Documentation Concerns The Construction Of The School In The Third Stages. The First Stage Concerned The Construction Of Building B And Road Infrastructure, The Second Stage Concerned Sports Infrastructure, Including Pitch, While The 3Rd Stage Concerns The Construction Of A Connector, Which Is To Ensure Communication Between Two Existing Buildings, Which Is Illustrated By An Attachment Called Buildings A And B Contained In The Project Documentation. 7. At The Stage Of Implementation Of Building B, The Electric Power And Fiber Cable Routes Have Been Changed, Which Are Outside The Designed Connector And Do Not Fall Into The Scope Of The Order. 8. Supplements/Changes Compared To The Project Documentation: A) In Communication Routes, Where The Project Marks The Use Of Vinyl Facility In 635 Mm X 635 Mm Panels, The Contracting Authority Introduces A Change To An Object Covering, Vinyl Pur, Homogeneous, Rolling, Which Should Meet The Following Minimum Relevant Parameters:  Thickness Of The Abrasive Layer According To En 429 - Min. 2.0 Mm,  Utility Class According To En 685 - 34/43,  Fire Class - Bfls1,  Class Of Anti -Slip According To Din 51130 - Min. R9  Total Lzo Emission (After 28 Days) ≤ 10 Μg/ M3b) The Liner Raised To The Wall To A Height Of Min. 10 Cm.9. The Contractor May Not Carry Out Loud Works During 8 Classes Exams, I.E. On 13-15.05.2025 And 10-12.06.2025 10. Part Of The Works Will Be Carried Out During The Active School Facility In Which Educational Classes Will Be Held. In This Regard, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fail To Comply With The Functioning Of The Facility And To Ensure Safety Of Children Attending School. 11. Construction Works Related To The Inclusion Of The Connector Into Existing Buildings May Only Be Carried Out During The Summer School Holidays. 12. The Contractor During The Period Of Works, As Well As During The Period Of Suspension Of Works, Will Ensure The Possibility Of Traveling Service Vehicles Of Sports Infrastructure, Supply Vehicles And Waste Waste From The Property. 13.
