Electrical Parts Of Machinery Or Apparatus – Rf Source (Gyrotron) For Ecrh System Of The Compass Upgrade Tokamak. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Develop, Production (Including Material Purchase), Testing And Supply Of Rf Sources (Gyrotron) For Ecrh (Hereinafter Referred To As Gyrotron) For The Compass-U Tokamak For Basic Research. It Also Includes The Suppliers Obligation To Deliver The Property Right To The Gyrotron To The Contracting Authority Under The Conditions Agreed In The Contract. Gyrotron Must Fully Comply With The Requirements And Specification Specified In The Tender Documentation, Including Including Identification Of The Goods, Quantities And Technical Parameters Listed In The Technical Specification And In The Schedule Of Price And Delivery. Details Concerning The Performance Are Given In The Technical Specification, Which Is Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation, In The Binding Draft Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Agreement”), Which Is Annex 2 Of The Tender Documentation, And In The Schedule Of Prices And Supplies, Which Is Annex 3 Of The Tender Documentation.
