The Contracting Authority Currently Has An Agreement With Axoft, With The Provider Kpn For The Delivery Of 464 Mobile Telephony Subscriptions, Fixed Telephony, A Telephone Exchange And Associated Management And Services. The Contracting Authority Wants To Split This And Take Out A Subscription For Mobile Telephony, Data-Only Subscriptions For Internet Connections (Current Total 464 Subscriptions) And The Corresponding Service And Services, As Included In Appendix 2 Program Of Requirements.
