The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Stop Reinforcement With Manual And Electric Drive, Return Valves, Fire Hydrants, Airbags, Impact, Pressure And Level Regulators, Electromagnetic Valves, Filters And Suction, Detailed In The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And In The Price Offer. The Products Subject To The Public Procurement Are Used In The Construction, Maintenance And Repair Of Water Supply And Sewerage Systems And Installations. Deliveries Will Be Made Through Periodic Deliveries, After A Request For Delivery By The Contracting Authority, Depending On The Needs And Financial Resources Of The Contracting Authority. For Each Delivery On The Day Of Delivery, A Bilateral Delivery Protocol Is Drawn Up And Signed And An Invoice For The Supplied Quantity Is Presented. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Options For The Offer. The Participant Who Has Not Made A Proposal For Each Type Of The Articles Subject To The Contract Will Be Removed.
