The data logger logs up to 10,000 items A data item consists ofa time stamp and the configured values: volume flow, pressure, electrical conductivity, Totalizer 1 ,Totalizer 2, Totalizer 3, systems diagnostics status.The TLS encryption protocol is used fro wireless communication between the flow meter and the MQTT broker Make-Endress+Hauser/Krone marshall/Siemens/Any other approved vendor of PHED 4 Magntic Flow Meter DN 150 5 Supply , delivery & storage at site of weather proof Protection panel consisting of Fully wire protection panel with24 V DC,SMPS,Surge protection ,over voltage protection ,MCB all complete as per direction of EIC 6 Supply and Installation at site of MS flanged Dismantling joint ( PN 1.0 rating)-2 nos. , MS fabricated companion flanges(FF,IS: 6392 Tab 11)drilling to match as per IS 1538 table 4 & 6 ,DN 150 Slip on flange-2 nos., short piece with one end flange & one end socketed-2 nos., reducer/enlarger of appropriate size, Gaskets as requiredas per direction of EIC 7 Installation of flowmeter ( vertical mounting at suitable man height position ) as in item no. 1.0with proper allignment ,connection , protection etc all complete as per direction of EIC. (This is also including the charge of hiringtools & tackles ,welding including hiring of DG set , scaffolding arrangement (if required)arrangement of proper supporting etc all complete .) 8 Installation ofProtection panel (including connection of screened control cable through appropriate PVC conduit ( including the supply)the same as in item no. 2.0with proper allignment etc all complete 9 Supply and fixing of 4mm thick fabricated MS sheet protection boxfor vertical mountedflowmeter with hinge door , lockingarrangement andappropriate size MS angle support ,grouting etc all complete as per direction of EIC 10 Trial run for 12 months ( after installation and Commissioning) , calibration of meter by referral meter time to time ,configuration of meters, data analysis ,data upload ,submission of reports etc all complete 11 N.B.: 1. Test Certificate & Calibration certificate of the flowmeter should be submitted at the time of delivery.2. The system should have a provision for sending data in the end of Server/SCADA/Cloud should be provided and all the requirements for the same need to be furnished at the site endto make a successful communication between device and server /SCADA/ Cloud.
