The work also includes necessary required items for completion of work i.e. flanges, MS bends, MS Paddle Pipe, eccentric tapers, rubber gaskets, foundation bolts, construction of thrust block, necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement, loading, unloading, cartage, making good all damages caused during installation and restoring the same to their original finish as required, adequate safety provision, barricading, warning signal and other safety measures while executing the work or wherever necessary so as to avoid accident. The components of the installation shall be of such design so as to satisfactory function under all conditions. Trial Run for a period of 01 month where the contractor shall run the equipment’s of BPS for a period of 01 month. 46 Deployment of staff for operation, watch and ward (one semi-skilled + One Beldar) in each shift including ESI and EPF charges (3.25 % + 13%) for a period of 1 year. *Note: -In case of E&M equipment’s, pipe, cable etc., sizes/ quantities/ numbers/ lengths/ diameter/ area/ thickness etc., are tentative and minimum. However, the contractor has to supply, install and commission all E&M equipment’s, pipe, cable etc. as per site requirements without any extra charges. The number of internal & external lighting fixtures and poles are however firm in quantities as specified and shown on drawings. This supersedes all other clauses mentioned elsewhere, if any. In case of any discrepancy, the same should be pointed out by the bidder during the evaluation of tender before opening the price bid otherwise it will be deemed to have been taken care of by the bidder and decision of CE(East) shall be final.
