1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design Documentation, Which Is Annex 1. Project Documentation, Swz And Relevant Provisions Of The Contract, Specify The Performance Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. In Connection With The Above, When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Must Take Into Account All Costs Necessary To Perform The Order, Resulting Directly From The Documentation And Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Executed. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 53. The Works Will Be Carried Out At The Active Greater Poland Neuropsychiatric Center In Kościan. In Connection With The Above, Any Breaks In The Delivery Of The Media Must Be Consulted Earlier With The Employer. They Should Be Limited To A Minimum By Providing Deliveries From Other Alternative Sources At The Contractors Expense. 4. The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party Is 120 Months From The Date Of Preparation Of The Final Acceptance Report. Due To The Fact That The Warranty Period Has Been Appointed By The Employer As A Non -Price Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers, The Contracting Authority Sets The Maximum Scoring Warranty Period For 121 Months From The Date Of The Final Preparation (Without Comments) Of The Work Acceptance Report. Details In This Respect Are Indicated By The Swz Chapter - Offers For Evaluation Of Offers. Way Of Evaluation And Examination Of Offers. Choosing The Most Advantageous Offer, Which The Employer Will Be Guided When Choosing The Offer Along With The Scale Of These Criteria And How To Evaluate Offers. The Warranty Period For Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Future Public Contract Agreement May Not Be Shorter Than The Time Granted By The Contractor. 5. To Perform A Public Contract, The Contractor Will Use Materials Provided On His Own. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made Only On The Basis Of Building Materials In Accordance With Polish Standards Transferring European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area, And In Their Absence: 1) European Technical Approvals; 2) Common Technical Specifications; 3) International Standards And 4) Other Technical Reference Systems Established By The European Standardization Bodies, Unless In Relation To A Given Type Of Material, No Requirements Were Formulated, And Possibly With: A) Polish Standards; B) Polish Technical Approvals; C) Polish Technical Specifications. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Standards To The Above -Mentioned Standards. 6. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With: 1) The Provisions In Force In This Respect, In Particular The Act Of 7 July 1994.
