The Subject Of The Order Is A Construction Work Involving The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Zabrze In The So -Called The Southern Zone, Presented In The Map Attachment, And The List Of Districts Or Parts Thereof Was Included In The General Characteristics Of Works. The List Of Works Falling Within The Scope Of Maintenance Works Was Specified In The General Characteristics Of Works. The Employer Allows The Contracting Inspector To Indicate The Place Of Execution Of Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Order Outside The Area Specified, However, Only Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Zabrze. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Road Maintenance, And In Particular: - Earthworks, - Foundations, - Paving Works, - Bituminous Works, - Demolition Works, - Maintenance And Repair Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: - Developing A Traffic Organization Project For The Time Of Conducting Works In The Road Lane And Obtaining Its Approval By The Movement Board (Faculty Of Municipal Infrastructure And Local Transport - Municipal Office In Zabrze) - Execution, Maintenance Of Marking In Accordance With The Abovementioned Project;- Restoring The Marking To Its Original State;- Taking Action In Accordance With The Application Report And The Report Of The Transfer Of The Construction Site; The Contractor Must Be Available Around The Clock And Follow The Ordering Orders: A) In Accordance With The Application Report:- Securing The Elements Of The Road Lane, Its Maintenance In Good Condition Until Renovation Actions- Taking Part Renovation- Taking Action In Emergency Cases) In Accordance With The Report On The Transfer Of The Construction Site: It Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Pre -Works Of The Works, The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Provisions Contained In The Content Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract And Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Orders Of The Ordering Party Within The Following Dates: 1) The Deadline For Securing The Elements Of The Road Lane Up To 1 Hour. From The Moment Of Notification. 2) The Date Of Taking Renovation In Emergency Cases Up To 3 Hours. From The Moment Of Notification3) The Deadline For The Partial Renovation - In Accordance With The Arrangements Specified In The Technical Specification Or By The Supervision Inspector In The Application Report4), The Date Of The Renovation Of The Facility Transferred By The Reporting Area Of ​​The Construction Area - As Set Out By The Supervision Inspector In The Report Of The Construction Area, Up To 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Transfer. The Completion Date Of The Renovation Of The Object - Specified By The Supervision Inspector Based On The Scope And Technological Processes, Indicated In The Report Of The Distribution Of The Construction Site, The Order Description Of The Order Incl
