Quotation are invited for Musaffah Industrial Regional Road Network Improvements - Construction Package 2 E30 (IC04 - IC01). The Employer (DMT) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to construct and complete the Musaffah Industrial Regional Road Network Improvements Construction Package 2 - E30 (IC04-IC01) Works in accordance with Contract and as directed by the Employer or the Engineer including remedy of any defects in the Works all within the specified Time for Completion. The Employer is responsible for the design of the whole of the Permanent Works save for parts where the Contractor has been specified as the responsible Party. The Contractor is responsible to complete the Works in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and all other documents forming the Contract.
