Prequalifications are invited for Construction Works Include Concrete and Steel Structures, Building Works, Infrastructure Works (Roads, Car Parks, Water Supply, Sanitation, Telecom, and Power), Landscaping, and Fencing. The Project Also Includes the Supply of Furniture and Workshop / Laboratory Equipment. With the increasing demand for development projects in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) is interested short-listing qualified construction companies for establishing a fully equipped applied science college specialized in various engineering fields with a capacity of 1,500 students and will have an approximate total built-up area of 40,000 m² on a total plot area of 80,000 m² located in Nouakchott. The project consists of multiple buildings with a total number of (16) building blocks, distributed in groups and forming harmonious single entity, each building is designed to perform a specific function. Construction works include concrete and steel structures, building works, infrastructure works (roads, car parks, water supply, sanitation, telecom, and power), landscaping, and fencing. The project also includes the supply of furniture and workshop / laboratory equipment.
