1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of Street Lighting Fixtures In The Gielniów Commune Consisting In The Replacement Of Existing Non -Energy -Saving Lighting Fixtures For Energy -Saving Lighting Fixtures With Led Light Source. 2. Objectives Of The Order. The Main Purpose Of Modernizing Lighting Is To Improve Energy Efficiency Of Street Lighting In The Gielniów Commune, Reduced Power Installed By At Least 50% For Modernized Lighting Fittings. 3. Scope Of Work: 1) Disassembly Of The Old Ones, Delivery And Assembly Of New Street Lighting Fixtures, In The Number 585 Pcs. As Described By The Subject Of The Contract And The Guidelines Of The We Illuminate Poland Program, And In Particular: Installed Lighting Fittings Must Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Binding And At The Same Time Have A Total Of Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Or Equivalent. The Replacement Will Be Agreed With The Employer Each Time (Non -Eligible Costs Financed By The Gielniów Commune). 3) The Implementation Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Projects Along With Its Introduction, If Required, If Necessary For The Seizure Of The Road Lane. 4) Development Of Project Documentation - Technical Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With Obtaining Technical Conditions Of Power Supply From The Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Network Gestor. For The Modernized Lighting Range And Agreement With The Power Plant. 4. Loading Of The Lighting Control System With Management Application Installation. 5. The Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract - In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration, Not Less Than 60 Months. As Part Of The Warranty, The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain The Technical And Functional Parameters Of Installed Devices Obtained As A Result Of The Task. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Full Rights Under The Warranty For Physical Defects In The Abovementioned Period Regardless Of Warranty Rights. The Warranty Period Begins From The Date Of Receipt Confirmed By The End Protocol Of The Completion Of The Task. During The Warranty Period, In The Case Of Notification Of A Non -Working Lamp, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair It Or Replace It With A New One Within 48 Hours Of Notification. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Pay Fees For Seizing The Road Lane, If Necessary. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include Any Activities Related To The Construc
