The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Consultancy Services In The Field Of Patents And Copyright. Selecting A Patent Spokesperson For The Purpose Of:-Within 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Of The National Patent Applications Or Applications Of Utility Models Or Industrial Designs, Testing The State Of Technology, Patent Application In The Procedure For Granting European Patents To The European Patent Office (Epo) Or The Patent Procedure Co-Operation Treat (Pct) Together With Translations; Procedure For Granting European Patents - Epo Or Pct Procedure With Translations; - Within A Period Of Up To 48 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Conducting Current Matters For The Entries Made. Under The Term Conducting Current Cases, The Contracting Authority Understands Representing It In All Substantive, Formal And Administrative Matters Related To The Applications Made Under The Contract, In Particular: A) Conducting Proceedings Before The Patent Office Of The Republic Of Poland, The Provincial Administrative Court And The Supreme Administrative Court, B) Advice On The Ordering Part The Substantive Position Of The Patent Office Regarding The Notification Made, Even If The Action Is Not Required Formally, C) Informing The Relevant Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party On The Dates And Amount Of Periodic Fees In Advance Of 1 Month Before The Payment Period, In The Form Of A Estimate Of Fees For The Next Month, D) Supervising The Dates Of Fees Paid To The Account Of The Patent Office Of The Republic Of Poland, E) Notifying The Competent Organizational Units And Creators With The Stages Of Proceedings Before The Patent Office Of The Republic Of Poland, F) Preparation And Submitting At The Patent Office Of The Republic Of Poland Applications Regarding Open Licenses And Applications Including Updating Information Regarding The Transfer Of Rights To Applications And Granted Industrial Property Rights; G) Keeping Registers Official Fees Will Be Made By The Employer) The Ordering Party Reserves The Application Of The Options For Services Covered By The Options Law Specified In Annex 5 And 6 Swz. The Order Carried Out Under The Option Of The Option Is The Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party. Failure By The Ordering Party By The Right Of The Right Options Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority.
