Georgia Dot Is Seeking To Contract With A Design-Builder To Provide Design And Construction Services For Both The Removal Of The Existing At-Grade Intersection Of Sr 316/Us 29 At Cr 74/Kilcrease Road To A Grade-Separated Interchange, And To Design And Construct A Grade Separation With Cr 416/Carl-Bethlehem Road Over Sr 316/Us 29, Both In Barrow County, Georgia (The Project). This Project Will Be Awarded To A Design-Builder Utilizing A One-Phased Low Bid Selection Method.
