Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Counseling And Design Services For The Joint Project Arna-Stanghelle (1) . The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Vest And Bane Nor Development Southwest Of The Joint Project Arna-Stanghelle (Hereafter Referred To As Client) Intends To Go To The Procurement Of A Framework Agreement (Hereafter The Framework Agreement) With A Supplier (Hereafter The Supplier) On The Delivery Of Consulting And Projects. Both The Norwegian Public Roads Administration And Bane Nor Will Act As Clients In Accordance With The Framework Agreement, And Thus Be Able To Call Down The Framework Agreement Separately Or Collected. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement On Counseling And Design Services For The Design Of A New Road And Railway Between Arna And Stanghelle/Helle. The Framework Agreement Shall Include Design, Advice And Follow -Up During Construction Time In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project. The Procurement Applies To A Framework Agreement With One (1) Supplier For The Purchase Of Counseling And Design Services To Fas. The Framework Agreement Deals With The Preparation Of A Design Basis For The Entire Project. Furthermore, The Preparation Of Competitive Basis For All Main Contracts Is Included, Such As P.T. Includes Both Total, Execution And Interaction Contracts, As Well As Follow-Up During Construction Time. In Addition, The Framework Agreement Applies To The Complete Design Of All Works Covered By The Individual Execution Contract, Such As The Preparation Of A Working Basis, Construction Plan And Follow -Up During Construction Time. Furthermore, Participation Is Included In The Projects Interaction Contract.
