Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Mobile Improved Cooking Stoves (2025-2026 Campaign) In The Eastern Province Of Rwanda The Lots Are As Followed: For The Stoves To Be Subsidised By Trepa Project (Lot 1 To 8) - For The Technology 1: Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot 5 And Lot 6, They Have The Same Requirement: For Each Of The 6 Lots: Locally Produced Mobile Cooking Stove, With A Thermal Efficiency Superior Or Equal To 30% (30%), Accommodating Wood And/Or Crop Residues Fuel. For Each Of The 6 Lots: Estimative Quantity Of 12.000 Stoves To Be Distributed, With A Maximum Quantity Of 60.000 Stoves For Each The 6 Lots, The Stoves Have To Be Subsidized By The Trepa Project Based On Scheme Detailed In Chapter Below. The Tenderer Has To Provide A Commitment Letter That The Stove Distributed With This Trepa Subsidy Support Will Not Be Used For Any Other Carbon Credit Claim. The Prices Offered By The Bidders For The Stove Should Exclude Any Other Carbon Credit Support. - For The Technology 2: Lot 7 And Lot 8, They Have The Same Requirement: For Each Of The 2 Lots: Locally Produced Mobile High Efficient Cooking Stove Efficiency Superior Or Equal To 36% Efficiency (36%), Accommodating Wood And/Or Crop Residues Fuel, Accompanied With 2 Specifically Sized Pots And Adaptor, And 1 Heat Retaining Box For Each Of The 2 Lots: Estimative Quantity Of 8.000 Stoves To Be Distributed, With A Maximum Of 20.000 Stoves For Each The 2 Lots, The Stoves Have To Be Subsidized By The Trepa Project Based On Scheme Detailed In Chapter Below. The Tenderer Has To Provide A Commitment Letter That The Stove Distributed With This Subsidy Support Will Not Be Used For Any Other Carbon Credit Claim. The Price Offered By Tenderers, Which Is Already Including The Subsidy From Other Carbon Credit Scheme, Will Be Fully Paid By Beneficiaries. - For The Technology 1: Lot 9 And Lot 10, They Have The Same Requirement: Locally Produced Mobile Cooking Stove, With A Thermal Efficiency Superior Or Equal To 30% (30%), Accommodating Wood And/Or Crop Residues Fuel.
