Tenders are invited for Design and Supervision for Construction/Provision of Office Building [College of Nursing Building], Yaba, Lagos COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect Bidding Documents at the Procurement Department of the Hospital from the date of the advert on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 per Lot, paid to Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yabas Remita Account [GIFMIS CODE 1000069066] in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective Bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the EOI which are packaged in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Original & Copy and Thereafter put together in a bigger sealed envelope indicating lot/project number, title, name and address of the Bidder at the top left corner of the envelope with bidders GSM (reachable) Number(s) and email Address(s); Please, ensure that you sign the EOI Submission Register as the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, Lagos will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
