Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Modelling, Stakeholder Consultations and Development of Inputs toward a Clean Hydrogen Action Plan for Turkiye and Preparation of Terms of Reference for a Pre-Feasibility Study for a Potential Clean Hydrogen Development Investment. Publication Date: 03/07/2025 12:00 AM EST EOI Deadline: 03/20/2025 11:59 PM EDT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: The World Bank Group invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Firms may associate to enhance their qualifications. Where a group of firms associate to submit an EOI, they must indicate which is the lead firm. If shortlisted, the firm identified in the EOI as the lead firm will be invited to the request for proposal (RFP) phase. For the EOI, interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (e.g. brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Information provided must describe in detail which modelling platform the firm intends to use and why such a platform is appropriate for performing the required analysis with relevant reasoning. Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB.
