Construction Work - Reconstruction Of Loading Points At Wrocław Kuźniki Station As Part Of The Project Entitled Works On Loading Points Located On The Ten-T Network. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Loading Points At The Wrocław Kuźniki Station, Including Front -Side Ramps, Loading Square And Access Road Along With The Completion Of Accompanying Works Regarding, Among Others Track System, Railway Traffic Control, Dehydration, Lighting, Collision Removal. The Entire Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of: 1) Project Documentation Necessary For The Proper Execution Of All Construction Works And Obtaining For It All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Admission, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract; 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Project Documentation, Referred To By The Contractor And Approved By The Employer, Referred To In The Abovementioned Point 1, And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Contract And All Activities Required By Law; 3) Conducting An Assessment Of Compliance Of The Structural Subsystem Infrastructure Covered By The Scope Of The Order At Each Stage (Design, Construction And Final Relief Attempts); 4) Development Of A Collaudation Report Together With The Implementation Of Comprehensive As -Built Documentation (Separately For Each Industry), Including Documentation From The As -Built Geodetic Inventory.
