Electricity - Electricity Supply. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity For A Period Of One Year, And On The Basis Of The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics And Other Requested Conditions Indicated In The Competition Documentation. Electricity Supplied Must Contain A Minimum Of 50 % Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources, And In Order To Make It More Competitive With The Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And Encouraging The Construction Of New Renewable Energy Sources And Achievement Of Sustainable Development, The Contracting Authority Has Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Aforementioned Minimum Electricity Percentage From Renewable Sources. Renewable Energy Sources Are Renewable Non -Inflammatory Energy Or Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photonaponic), And Geothermal Energy, Environmental Energy, Tide Energy, Ocean And Other Ocean Energy, Hydroenergy, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From A Wastewater Processing Device And Biogas And Biogas Energy (Official Gazette 111/21.83/23, 17/25).
