Contract Overviewcouncil Is Seeking A Suitably Experienced Contractor To Undertake The Redevelopment Of A Section Of The Cotton Tree Holiday Park. The Road And Site Upgrades Are Intended To Upgrade A Portion Of The Park To Meet Current Users Expectations For Caravan Facilities And Holiday Parks. The Works Are Similar To A Minor Subdivision With New Services (Electrical And Hydraulic) To Individual Sites And A Connecting Road Pavement Construction. The Level Of Finishes Is Expected To Meet A Commercial Landscape Quality.The Project Is To Be Scheduled During The Qld 2025 School Term 2 & 3 With Works Commencing On The 5 June 2025. The Completion Date For Construction Of The Project Must Be By 30 September 2025 With A Trailing Establishment Period. It Is Council’S Intention To Award The Contract By As Early As Possible So That Materials And Equipment With Extended Lead Times Can Be Procured Prior To Works Commencing.The Contractor Is Required To Provide A Detailed Methodology, As Well As A Detailed Program Of Works.The Scope Includes, But Is Not Limited To:• Site Management, Including, Quality -, Environmental - And Wh&S Management And• Sub-Contractor Management• Tree Protection Planning And Management• Traffic Management And Access Co-Ordination With Holiday Park Operations• Site Surveying And Set Out• Site Clearing / Demolition, Bulk Earthworks Including Cut, Fill And Import/Export• Road Construction, Stormwater Drainage Works• Concrete Construction• Electrical Installation Including Switchboard Renewals And Road Lighting• Landscaping• Site Amenities, Water And Sanitary Drainage Installation• Supply Of All As-Builts Drawings And Adac As Constructed Filesan Information Session Will Be Held On Site On Tuesday 18 March 2025.
