The Invitation To Tender Is Related To The Development Of Construction Permits And Information For A Project Led By The City Of Järvenpää, Funded By The Ministry Of The Environment. The Project Includes Five Municipalities. The Main Applicant And Manager Of The Project Is The City Development Industry In The City Of Järvenpää. The Project Produces And Updates The National Information Content Definition For Ifc Data Models And Building Control Cases Previously Carried Out In The Rava3pro Project Led By The City Of Helsinki. In Part, The Updated Material Is Partly Made A Public Statement To Obtain A National Consensus, As Has Been Done In The Previous Rava3pro Project. The Acquisition Also Prepares The Need For Expert Services In Various Further Development Projects That Do Not Yet Have Grant Decisions In The City, But Which Are Closely Related To The First Phase Consultancy Tasks. Such Assessed Tasks May Include: Ifc Quality Certification, Updating Ifc Data Content Validation Rules, And Definition And Validation Of The Information To Be Archived In The Ifc Data Content. These Will Be Decided Separately During The Validity Of The Contract.
