The Aim Of The Tendering Procedure Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For The Cleaning Maintenance, Glass Safety And Pest Control, As Described In Section 3.1.1 Of The Tender Guide. The Planned Effective Date Of The Agreement Is 01-11-2025 And The Agreement Runs Until 31-10-2034 At The Latest. Within The Scope Of The Agreement, The Following Activities Fall In Any Case: Daily And Periodic Cleaning Maintenance; Stock Management And Topping Up Of Sanitary Resources; Transporting (Separate) Waste From Collection Points To Central Storage; Window Cleaning; Specialist Floor Maintenance; Deep Cleaning Of Catering Rooms; Cleaning On Call; Preventive Maintenance To Avoid Pests (Pest Control); Specialist Cleaning. Outside Scope Outside The Scope Are The Following Services: The Delivery Of Sanitary Facilities; Terrain, Trash Cans Outside Space (Everything One Meter Outside The Facade).
