1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Wire To Bailing Presses, With The Following Technical Parameters:- Cold Drawn Wire, From Non-Fueled Steel,- Wire Diameter 3.4 Mm,- Strength 360-400 N/Mm²,- Soft-Released Wire, Soaked In Surface Oil,- Mass Of The Spool In Which The Wire Is To Be Supplied: 35 Kg- 50 Kg,- Internal Diameter, 200 Mm- 220 Mm,- Outer Diameter Of The Spool: 330 Mm- 350 Mm,- Mass Of The Palette With Wire 900- 1500 Kg.2. Total Amount: No More Than 50,000 (+/- 1,500) Kg. 3. The Wire Must Be Packed On Pallets In A Way That Prevents The Spools From Spreading During Loading, Transport And Unloading. Unloading Will Take Place By The Employer. 4. Place Of Delivery: Eko Dolina Sp. Z O.O., Łężyce, Al. Landscape Park 99, 84-207 Koleczkowo, Wejherowo Commune, Voivodeship Pomeranian. 5. Transport Is Provided By The Contractor At Its Own Expense. 6. Delivery: A) 20,000 Kg (+/- 500 Kg) By 25.04.2025 [Including This Day] B) 20,000 Kg (+/- 500 Kg) By 08.08.2025. [Including This Day]; C) 10,000Kg (+/- 500 Kg) By 03.10.2025. [Including This Day]; 7. By Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Guarantee For The Subject Of Each Delivery For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt Made In The Manner Described In §3 On The Conditions Described In §7 Of The Contract Template (Annex 3 To Swz). As Well As The Regulations In Force At The Place Of Performance Of The Benefit, Among Others Requirements Related To The Pn-En Iso 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System, Which Are Available In The Office Of The Ordering Party In Its Plant.
