Cleaning Products Framework Agreement On The Delivery Of Ecolab Products. The Lzn Is Responsible For The Procurement Of Goods And Services For The Immediate Lower Saxony State Administration (See § 2 Of The Operating Instructions Of The Lzn). With The Consent Of Its Supervisory Authority, The Lzn Can Take On Further Tasks For Public Law Needsers Within And Outside The Lower Saxony State Administration And For Private Law Companies In Full Ownership Of The Public Sector (See § 3 Operating Instructions). In This Jurisdiction, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Company (§ 21 Vgv) On The Delivery Of Ecolab Products For All Departments Of The Immediate And Indirect Lower Saxony State Administration Including The Lower Saxony Islands, The Thuringian Ministry Of Justice, Migration And Consumer Protection Including The Subordinate Areas As Well As The Thuringian Ministry For Internal, Local Development. The Tender Takes Place Product-Specific, Since The Agencies Can Only Use The Ecolab Products Due To Existing Rental Devices And Dosing Systems For The Flushing Roads, Laundry And Donor According To The Ecolab Company (According To Service Agreement). The Cartridges Of Other Manufacturers Are Not Compatible And The Dosage Is Individually Set.
