Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Offered Medicinal Product Must Have Approvals, Certificates And Be Registered In Accordance With The Law Requiring The Possession Of Approvals, Certificates And Registration, 2) The Offered Medicinal Product Must Be Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Law, Consolidated Text (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 686, As Amended), 3) The Offered Medicinal Product Must Correspond To The Standards Or Technical Specifications In Force For This Product. 3.4. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Using Equivalent Products, I.E. With Chemical, Physical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Specified In Swz - Only In Relation To Products Whose Origin Was Determined By The Contracting Authority By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Products Specified In Swz, I.E. Pharmaceutically And Therapeutic Equivalent And Reimbursed By The National Health Fund. Pharmaceutical Equivalence Determines The Situation In Which The Compared Drugs Contain The Same Amount Of Medicine In The Same Form Of The Drug, Thus Corresponding To Comparable Norms And Which Are Intended For Administering The Same Way; Pharmaceutical Equivalence Does Not Condition Therapeutic Equivalence, Because The Differences In The Field Of Supplementary Substances And The Production Process May Cause Differences In Dissolving And Bioavailability, And As A Consequence In The Action Of A Pharmaceutical Agent. Therapeutic Equivalence - Two Measures Are Therapeutically Equivalent If They Are Pharmaceutically Equivalent And If After Administering Them In The Same Dose, Their Effects Both In Terms Of Effectiveness And Safety Are As It Could Be Expected Based On Appropriate Tests. The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In Annex 2B To Swz. If The Contractor Applying For The Award Of The Contract, By Indicating In The Price Form, The Subject Of The Contract Equivalent To Swz Is Obliged - In Order To Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz - Make In The Price Form A Description Of Each Of The Equivalent Solutions (Commercial, International Name, The Number Of Pieces In The Package Of The Offered Product). The Contracting Authority Agrees To Change The Form Of Oral Forms, I.E. The Valuation: -Tablets Of Tablets -Coated Tablets, Ampoules -Vials; -A Set Of Coated Tablets -For -Ibles, Capsules Or Dragees -Capsules -Coated Tablets, Tablets, Or Dragons Instead Of Tablets, Coated Tablets Or Capsules With Slow Release -Tablets, Coated Tablets Or Capsules And With Modified Release And Vice Versa. An Equivalent Solution Means A Solution That Allows You To Get The Effect Of The Employer And Specified In Swz By Means Of Other Solutions. A Contractor Who Offers Balance Solutions
