UG CABLE AND LT PANEL AT KARU UNDER GE 860 EWS.; 1 Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceilingroses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders brackets, bulkhead fittings, tube light fittings etc complete and removing allretrieved materials such as fitting & fixture from the siteand also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 M&L for point wiring complete for one light point / exhaust fan point / bell point controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push, with 1.5 Sq mm 1100 volts grade, with and incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cables as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaries / fans etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end, complete wiring drawn through & PVC casingand cappingof 25 mm and above (as per conductor run ) medium grade, ISI marked, incl all accessories (like caps elbow etc) & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches / sockets Engineer in charge. 28 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mmcomplete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.Note: Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid. 30 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge 31 Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge. 32 S&F Steel pipe glavanized grade of 40 mm core laid in trenches or under ground/floor or road of fixed with pole for protection of cable including clams with bolts nuts and waserscomplete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 33 Supply and fixingnew energy saving LED Bulk head fitting 10 watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with acrylic cover as diffuser with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07as reqd to be mounting bracket in wall/floor to suit the opening of the fitting with FI clamp, nut, bolt and washers of suitable size including making connection complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-In-Charge 34 Supply and fixing in replacement sheet Metal enclosure single shutter type for DB’s 240 Volts Single Pole and Neutral 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar complete including wooden board of required size duly painted with matching colour paint all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. 35 Supply and fixing in replacement MCB single pole and neutral 32 to 40Amps , 240 volt, 10 KA,complete all as specified andas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 36 Taking down old burnt/unserviceable main switches and DB"s including MCB SP/SPN/TPN of any make and any size, wooden board, junction box and making good distrubed surfaces of wall all as directed. 37 Point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded 1100 Volts grade, ISI marking drawn through and including non metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit and conduit accessories medium grade, ISI marked, including modular metal flush box with and including modular white cover plate with frame for mounting modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc. including one run of 1.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC wire and one run of 2.5 Sq.mm. copper cable for earth continuity. 39 Description all as per Srl item No. 37.00 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps on independent board with 1.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC wire and one run of 1.00 Sq.mm. copper cable for earth continuity. 40 Supply and fix in replacement Lamp holder PVC case body of Bakelite with back plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 41 S&F Inverter LED lamp, 6500K, 900lm in white colour of 9 Watt base cap B-22 with poly carbonate difusser and aluminium heat sink ,complete all as specified & directed. 42 Supply and fix of Ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminals 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 43 M&L earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60cmxx60cmx3mm thick, buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metresdeep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 38x5mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earhing test point & anti static flooring all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in pit, 20mm dia.
