Tenders Are Invited For Repair And Maintenance Services Of Escalators - Subscription Technical Support Within 53 Escalators At Second Metro Metro Stations, Incl. Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts
Repair And Maintenance Services Of Escalators - Subscription Technical Support Within 53 Escalators At Second Metro Metro Stations, Incl. Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts. The Contractor Must Provide The Following Services For The Facilities Of The Technical Specification - Escalators With Manufacturers Suzhou Xinda And Tisencup, A Total Of 53 Units Located At Second Metro -Stations, Which Are In The After -Sales Period: A/ Subscription Technical Support, Incl. Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts /Without Basic Spare Parts Of Annex 2 /; B/ Delivery And Installation Of Basic Spare Parts Of Annex 2, In The Need And Finding With A Bilateral Protocol. The List Of Facilities, With The Designated Manufacturer /Type, Model /, Factory Number And Start Of Maintenance, Is Given In Annex 1 Of The Technical Specification. The Contractor Assumes The Obligations: 1. From The Moment Of The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, To Maintain The Escalators From The List In Annex 1 In Technical Proper And Safety. 2. To Comply With All Requirements Of The Applicable Escalator Maintenance Legislation. 3. To Comply With The Rules Of Maintenance Instructions Set Out In The European Standard En115-1: 2017 4. To Comply With The Regulatory Documents For Ensuring Healthy And Safe Working Conditions, In Accordance With The Law On Health And Safe Working Conditions (Sg, Issue 124 Of 1997, Amended And Supplemented). 5. All Technical Activities During The Maintenance Of The Escalators Should Be Carried Out According To The Manufacturers Instructions. 6. To Provide Maintenance Of Each Escalator At Least Once A Month At Any Time Of The Day Including: Grease (Lubrication); Cleaning With A Professional Vacuum Cleaner; Checks; Setting And Adjustment Activities; Replacement Of Components As A Result Of Wear Or Tear And Which Do Not Change The Characteristics Of The Facility. In Case Of Unknown Maintenance Of An Escalator, A Monthly Fee Shall Not Be Paid And Owed A Penalty In The Amount Provided For In The Clauses Of The Contract; 7. It Is Not Recognized As Conducted, Maintenance That Has Not Been Performed: Grease (Lubrication), Checking The Lubricating Installation And Cleaning With A Professional Vacuum Cleaner. 8. To Perform Emergency Service Of The Facilities Within 1 Hour Of Receipt Of The Emergency Stop Signal Of An Escalator. 9. In Case Of Damage To An Escalator To Repair And Put It Into Operation Within 24 Hours Regardless Of The Day Of The Week (Work Or Day Off). 10. For Damage That Cannot Be Remedied Immediately, A Protocol Shall Be Drawn Up Between The Contractor And The Contracting Authority, Which Finds The Corresponding Malfunction And The Necessary Spare Parts For Repair. 11. In Case The Damage Cannot Be Remedied Within 24 Hours, The Maximum Period For Repair And Commissioning Of An Escalator Is Up To 20 Calendar Days For The Mechanical Parts And Up To 10 Calendar Days For The Electrical Parts Of The Date Of The Protocol Under Item 10. In The Event Of The Delay Of These Deadlines, It Pays A Penalty In The Amount Provided For In The Clauses Of The Contract. 12. The Contractor Should Provide The Necessary Storage Of Spare Parts And Consumables In Order To Comply With The Deadlines Under Item 11. 13. Yes Vl
