The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Thermomodernization And Reconstruction Of The Primary School Building No. 41 Together With The Infrastructure At Ul. Traugutt 12 In Bydgoszcz As Part Of The Investment Of The City Entitled: Investments Covered By Preparatory Support Under The Program Of Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings And Public Lighting In Bydgoszcz (Bydgoszcz Energy) In The Scope And On The Conditions Specified In Swz With Attachments, Including In The Project Documentation (A List Of Documents Constituting Project Documentation Includes An Attachment In The Contract Template. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Following Order Modules: 1) Module I - Scope Including Internal Works In The Basement Of The Building (Excluding The Rooms Of The Kitchen Facilities) And In The Ground Floor Sports Wing (Gym, Cloakroom Facilities), 2) Module Ii - Range Including Works On The Ground Floor Of The Building (Kitchen, Canteen, Common Room, Administrative Rooms) Installation On All Floors, 3) Module Iii - Scope Covering All Works On The Third Floor Of The Building, 4) Module Iv - Scope Covering All Works On The Second Floor Of The Building, 5) Module V - Scope Covering The Execution Of All Works On The First Floor Of The Building, 6) Module Vi - Scope Covering The Performance Of All Works, On All Floors In The Staircase On The Right Side Of The Building. Individual Modules, From I To Vi, Were Specified In The Graphic Attachment Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority Divided The Order Into Parts, I.E. An Order Including Thermomodernization Of Educational Institutions In Bydgoszcz, The Contracting Authority Intends To Implement In Parts Regarding Individual Institutions, In Separate Proceedings. 4. For Willing Contractors, The Contracting Authority Enables The Local Vision To Be Made On 12.03.2025. At 13.00. Meeting Place At The Main Entrance To The Building Of Primary School No. 41 At Ul. Traugutta 12 In Bydgoszcz. Participation In The Meeting Is Not Mandatory. 5. Submitted For Co -Financing From The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw Under The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increased Immunity, Investment B1.1.3 Replacement Of Heat Sources And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Schools. 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Annul The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 257 Popp, I.E.
