1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop A General Plan Of The Turobin Commune. 2. The General Plan Should Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Executive Acts To This Act, As Well As A Resolution Of The City Council In Turobin No. Viii/39/2024 Of November 22, 2024 On The Preparation Of The Plan General City And Commune Of Turobin. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Introduce The Obligation To Make A Local Vision And Check Documents. 5. The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personal Work By The Contractor Related To Key Parts Of The Contract. 6. In Unregulated Matters, The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, The Civil Code, Executive Provisions To The Act And Other Provisions Competent For The Subject Of The Contract Shall Apply.
