Construction Work - Construction Of New Sludge Incineration Plant (Building) (Te1). Sk Wastewater A/S Has For A Long Time Worked To Find Suitable Recipients Of Pfas-Containing Wastewater Sludge. A Solution Has Proven To Be Very Challenging As There Are Not Many Plants With The Necessary Technology For Handling. Therefore, Sk Wastewater A/S Has Decided To Plant A Local Sludge Combustion Plant At The Existing Slagelse Wastewater Treatment Plant. Sk Wastewater A/S Expectations That The Construction Of A Sludge Combustion Plant Will Mean A Significant Boost To Nature And Aquatic Environment, Thereby A Significant Reduction In The Emission Of Pfas, Heavy Metals And Other Environmental Substances To Nature And Aquatic Environment. Instead, The Environmentally Hazardous Substances In The Sludge Are Incinerated And The Remaining Residual Product Can Be Used As A Soil Improvement Due To Phosphorus And Carbon Content That Improves Agricultural Land And Binds Co2. This Tender Includes The Design And Execution Of Building, Excavation For Sludge Birth Pipeline And Soil Handling, Sludge Food Box, Rain And Wastewater Pipes, Coating, Accessories Etc. (Construction Work). The Building Must Be Designed Thus, There Is Room For Two Combustion Lines Without Remodeling. The Building Must Be Integrated Among Current Surrounding Buildings, Based On The Latest Building, Cf. 8.1.1. The Offered Construction And Construction Work Is More Detailed In The Tender Material. Contract: A Total Contract Is Entered Into On The Basis Of A Draft Total Contracting Contract, Which Is Part Of The Tender Material. This Project-Construction Of A Sludge Combustion System-Also Includes A Contract For Planning, Production, Delivery And Installation Of Process Systems/Combustion Plants, Which Are Offered In A Separate Tender With Associated Total Delivery Contract. Sk Wastewater A/S Has Assessed That Handling Interfaces, Responsibilities And Risks, Within Each Tender/Each Contract, Are Best Placed With The Contractor/Total Supplier Respectively. Further Breakdown Of The Project/Contracts Results In An Increased Risk Of Sk Wastewater A/S, Including Increased Costs For Construction Management, Etc., Which Is Why Sk Wastewater A/S Has Assessed It Appropriate Not To Divide The Project/Contracts Further. In The Notice Of Tendering, The Developer Has Stated The Duration Of The Contract For 13 Months. The Builder Notes That This Period Only Reflects The Expected Time Of Contracting Until The Delivery And That The Contract Will Cease When Each Party Has Fulfilled The Obligations Which Are The Responsibility Of This Under The Contract.
