Tenders Are Invited For The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Collection Of Animals In The Public Road, Which Includes The Following Services: A) Provision Of The Public Service Of Collection, Capture, Transfer, Assistance, Custody And Maintenance Of Abandoned Pets (Dogs, Cats And Ferrets), Lost, Rodamón And/Or Decoration. B) Collection And Incineration Of Pets Killed On Public Or Exceptionally In Particular Properties When The City Council Has It For Reasons Of Hygiene, Health Or Citizen Security. C) Collection Of Wildlife Animals Killed On Public Roads That Are A Danger To The Safety Of People Or Health. D) Likewise, The Animals Ceded, In Cases Of Social Aid, Will Also Be Responsible, After A Report Of The Social Action Service Where The Reason Will Be Justified By Which The Animals Reception Is Requested. E) The Contracted Service Will Also Have To Contemplate The Execution Of Programs For The Promotion Of The Adoptions Of The Animals Collected, The Sterilizations And The Registra
