The Vat Rate In Accordance With The Animal Food Category, Which Is Classified Into The Sections (Codes) Of The Integrated Nomenclature (Cn), Listed In Annex 10 To The Vat Act. Order Size 25 Tons. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Met By The Quality Parameters: • Maximum Humidity Up To 14%, • Protein Min. 11%, • Lack Of Inorganic Pollution, • No Pollution With Other Species Of Cereals And Plants, • No Warehouse Pests, • No Seedered And Overgrown Grains, • Specific Smell, Color Suitable For The Species. Feed Oats Can Come From Imports From Countries Where No African Swine Fever Virus Was Found, As Well As From Areas In Poland Where The African Swine Fever Virus Was Not Found. The Product Quality Certificate Should Be Attached To Each Delivery. The Contracting Authority Is A Agricultural Tax Taxpayer And Will Use The Ordered Product For His Own Needs.
