Pollution Investigation Services - Tendering Framework Agreement On Counseling And Assistance On The Execution Of Initial Pollution Studies. The Region Of Southern Denmark (Contracting Entity) Shall Map In Accordance With The Land Pollution Act (See Statutory Order No. 282 Of March 27, 2017). In This Connection, A Number Of Initial Soil Pollution Surveys Must Be Carried Out In The Region Of Southern Denmark For The Purpose Of Determining Which Properties Are Contaminated To Such An Extent That They Must Be Mapped. As A Result Of The Above, The Contracting Entity Wants To Obtain Tendering Tender For Technical And Professional Assistance To Carry Out These Initial Studies At Possible Contaminated Sites. The Studies Are Performed Pool And Can Consist Of Different Types Of Sites, Such As Auto Workshops, Haulage Companies, Blacksmith And Machine Shops, Horticulture, Dry Cleaners And Tanners. The Sites Are Mapped On A Continuous Basis At Knowledge Level 1, And Therefore Not All Sites Are Known At This Time. Some Of The Sites Need To Be Examined Because The Activities May Pose A Risk To The Use Of The Property As A Dwelling. Most Of These Studies Must Be Examined, Based On Landowners, Within One Year. Other Sites Need To Be Examined Because They Are In An Area Of ​​Special Drinking Water Interests, Within A Recovery Area For A Waterworks Or Within The Buffer Zone For Surface Water. The Laboratory Work Is Not Included In The Tender, As The Advisor Must Use Contractors At All Times/Applicable Laboratory Agreements. The Contracting Entity Offers 5 Parallel Framework Agreements (Sub -Agreements), Where The Allocation Of Specific Tasks Is Done By A Cascade Model Without Reopening The Competition.
