The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Delivery Of Containers, Along With The Necessary Equipment, For The Assembly And Installation Of Four Container Towns As Part Of The Grant Project Entitled Development And Maintenance Of Resceu Shelter Capacities In Poland. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular To: A. Delivery Of Containers Together With The Necessary Equipment, Including Constant Assembly, Allowing The Installation And Installation Of A Total Of Four Container Towns, For A Total Of 1024 People, B. Providing Container Storage Service Together With The Preparation Of Containers For Transport, C. Installation And Installation Services Disassembly And Uninstalling (Individual) Containers In Container Towns - According To Each Demand Of The Contracting Authority. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: Types Of Containers Required As Part Of A Single Container Town, The Number Of Containers, Technical And Functional Parameters Of Individual Containers And Requirements For Storing Containers, Their Assembly And Installation, As Well As Subsequent Dismantling And Uninstallation Were Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Employer Declares That In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And/Or Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 4
