This Selective Collection Takes Place In The Context Of A Fost Plus Project With A View To Applying The Cooperation Agreement Of 4 November 2008 On The Prevention And Management Of Packaging Waste (Hereinafter The Collaboration Agreement). The Tenderer (Hereinafter The Supplier) Is Committed To The Delivery Of: - Pe -Bags Of 60 Liters With Wavetop In Rolls Of 20 Bags Of 90 Liters With Wavetop In Rolls Of 20 Bags Of 120 Liters With Closing Ribbon In The Measurable Quantities (Vh). Ivvo Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase This Quantity Without The Supplier Being Able To Claim Any Compensation Or Price Revision. The Pmd Bags Must Be Taken Back After Use And Processed At The Suppliers Expense. However, Fost Plus Is Responsible For The Interpretation Of The Practical Aspects Of This Obligation.
