The Framework Agreement Includes The Cleaning Of Flat Roofs, Gutters And Rain Drains Of The Entire Patrimony Of The Province. This Happens Periodically (Once Or Twice A Year) Or In Urgent Cases Also On Call. Small Repairs Must Also Be Taken. A Document Of Determination Must Also Be Made If Small Repairs Were Carried Out Or If Larger Repairs Must Be Carried Out. A List Of The Recorded Buildings Is Added. For The Current Framework Agreement, Two Framework Contractors (Insofar As The Number Of Suitable Quotes Is Sufficiently Large) Are Appointed, Whereby The Tenderer With The Cheapest Quotation Is Initially Awarded All Partial Assignments. Only When The Contract Is Broken Down, Either By Administration Or By The Initial Contractor, Are Sub -Assignments Given To The Second Contractor. However, A Sub -Assignment Will Never Be Placed In Competition. A Separate Service Is Given Per Sub -Assignment, Whereby The Nature And Scope Of The Works, The Starting Date And Execution Period Are Specified. Each Sub -Assignment Is Awarded Separately, Based On A Measurement Statement And Prior Estimated Amount. However, No Minimum Amount, Nor A Minimum Number Of Partial Assignments Can Be Guaranteed.
