The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of New Magnetic Resonance Technology (Hereinafter Also Magnetic Resonance Or Short Mri) To The Jičín A.S. Including The Necessary Building Modifications As Well As The Provision Of Post -Warranty Service For 6 Years (72 Months). The Contracting Authoritys Warning And The Installation Of New Equipment Will Be Carried Out In Full Operation Of Other Medical Departments Located In The Premises Of The “A” Regional Hospital Jičín A.S. The Public Contract Includes: • Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning Including Functionality Verification, Performing All Operating Tests, Prescribed Tests And Revisions According To The Relevant Applicable Legislation, Verification Of Declared Technical Parameters (Goods Must Meet All Requirements For The Czech Republic); And • Medical Staff Briefing Pursuant To Section 41 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Re Equipment And Diagnostic Medical Devices In Vitro (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Act On The Lc”), Including The Issue Of The Instruction And Protocol, Authorizing The Subsequent Instruction Of The Medical Staff In The Use Of The Contracting Authority. Manufacturer Of Goods; And • Delivery Of Documents That Are Needed For The Use Of Goods (Eventually Are Required By The Contracting Authority To Connect To It Infrastructure, Nis - Hospital Information System, Pacs - Picture Archiving And Communication System, Etc.) And Prove Technical Requirements For Medical Devices Such As Use In Czech Language (Printed And Electronic Form On Cd/Dvd Or Dvd Or Dvd Other Data Carrier), Relevant Certificates Or Attestations Proveing ​​That The Technology Offered Is Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Technical Standards, Conformity Statement (Ce Declaration Of Conformity) And Others According To The Law On The Law; In The Case Of Goods With Sources Of Ionizing Radiation And Documentation Pursuant To Act No. 263/2016 Coll., Atomic Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Atomic Act”), And Related Implementing Regulations; And • Design Of Related Construction Work, Including The Elaboration Of Complete Technological And Construction Project Documentation For Delivery; A • Provision Of Post -Warranty Service Supplied By Mri Technology For 6 Years (72 Months) And Other Obligations Of The Selected Supplier/Seller, Stipulated In The Binding Proposals Of The Purchase Contract (Annex 3 Of This Tender Documentation), Work Contracts (Annex 6 Of This Tender Documentation)
