Bc Hydro Invites Interested Parties To Submit Responses To This Rfsq Indicating Their Interest In, And Qualifications For, Long Term, System Wide Services For The Design, Supply And Installation Of Generating Station Turbines And Generators. This Rfsq Is The First Stage Of A Competitive Selection Process. Based On A Review Of The Received Responses, Bc Hydro Intends To Select A Limited Number Of Shortlisted Respondents (The “Qualified Suppliers”) For Participation In One Or More Subsequent Request For Proposals (Rfp) Processes To Cover Bc Hydro’S Initial Requirements For The Revelstoke Generating Station As Well As The Remainder Of Its Currently Anticipated, And Potentially Future, Generating And Turbine Asset Replacement/Refurbishment Program Requirements. Bc Hydro’S Generating And Turbine Asset Replacement And Refurbishment Program Is Planned To Span The Next 10 To 20 Years. Scope Consists Of Approximately 20 Projects To Install, Upgrade, Replace Or Refurbish Generators, Turbines, And Other Related Systems And Equipment Over Approximately 35 Generating Units, And Across Approximately 15 Generating Facilities.
