1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Room, The Extension Of Internal Installations And Equipment, As Well As The Renovation Of The Historical Elements Of Auditorium No. 167 Located In The Historic Building Of The Main Building Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology (Plot No. 403, Precinct 55), Located Within The Building Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology Entered In The Register Of Monuments By The Decision Gdańsk At Number 969, Aimed At Adapting The Auditorium To The Current Didactic Needs Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering And The Gdańsk University Of Technology. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Works On Walls, Ceiling And Floor In The Auditorium 167, Dismantling Of Wall Cladding, Floor Linings, Lighting Luminaires, Renovation Of The Stage Platform Auditorium And Processing Of Mechanical Ventilation Holes In Room 166A Together With Finishing Works; 2) Dismantling And Securing The Existing Screen And Project And Their Re -Assembly And Connection; 3) Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation Installation; 4) Execution Of The Electrical Installation; 5) Execution Of A Teletechnical Installation; 6) Execution Of A Sanitary Installation (Replacement Of The Sewage And Sink Division); 7) Execution Of The Fire Signaling System And Emergency Lighting; 8) Making Acoustic Panels On The Walls And Ceiling; 9) Execution Of Electric Window Blinds; 10) Loop Induction For People Who Are Hearing In The Auditorium; 11) Conservation And Restaurant Of Academic Boards; 12) Maintenance And Restaurant Of The Lead Desk; 13) Maintenance And Restaurant Of Auditorium Seats Along With The Exchange Of Countertops For Students; 14) Preparation Of Receiving Documentation. The Guidelines For The Preparation Of Receiving Documentation Are Annex 11 To Swz. The Employer Specified The Requirements For Receiving Documentation In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.3. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Contractor By All Works And Other Types Of Works, Including Supplies And Services, Which Are Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract And Although Not Mentioned Directly In The Contract Documentation, In Accordance With This Documentation, Their Performance Is Necessary For The Purpose Of Properly And Timely Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Materials, Products And Devices Presented By The Contractor For Use In The Implementation And Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Have At Least Such Technical, Utility, Aesthetic Value, Which The Contracting Authority Requires In The Design Documentation And Stwiors And Must Be In Accordance With The Law Allowed For Use In Construction On The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213). 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Various Color Samples And Material Samples Of The Finishing Elements T
