Package No. 11. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Fertilizers, Hereinafter Also Called Products, Specified In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 2. The Offered Fertilizers Must Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of 10 July 2007 On Fertilizers And Fertilization (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 105), I.E. Have The Appropriate Certificates Necessary For Their Distribution And Functional Application. 3. Transport And Insurance Of Fertilizers To The Employer Will Take Place At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor. The Contractor Should Ensure Such A Packaging Of Fertilizers To Prevent Their Damage Or Deterioration During Transport. 4. The Size Of The Packaging Described In The Assortment And Price Form Is The Preferred Size. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Offering Fertilizers In Other, Smaller Packaging, Provided That The Number Of Packaging Simultaneously Changes In A Way That Will Ensure The Implementation Of The Employers Demand To The Appropriate Amount Of Fertilizers, Specified In Individual Items Of The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 5. The Order Is Expected To Be Carried Out In Batches, Based On Detailed Orders Submitted By Electronic Means Of Electronic Communication By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party. 6. The Delivery Site Will Be Specified Each Time In The Detailed Order. 7. Delivery Places: 1) Ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 1/3, 96-100 Skierniewice; 2) Ul. Kościuszki 2, 96-100 Skierniewice; 3) Ul. Pomologiczna 18, 96-100 Skierniewice; 4) Ul. Pomologiczna 13A, 96-100 Skierniewice; 5) Ul. Rybickiego 15/17, 96-100 Skierniewice; 6) Ul. Rybickiego 16, 96-100 Skierniewice; 7) Experimental Orchard, 96-124 Dąbrowice; 8) Ul. Sosnowa 3, 24-100 Puławy; 8. The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Quality Guarantee For The Fertilizers Provided For A Period Of Not Less Than 75% Of The Shelf Life For The Use Of The Fertilizer Specified By The Manufacturer, Calculated From The Date Of Delivery To The Contracting Authority. 9. The Names Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex 2 To Swz Are Only Sample And Should Be Interpreted As An Indication Of The Expected Standard. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented By An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To Privilege Or Eliminating Some Contractors Or Products, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions, Which Means That It Should Be Assumed That The Indication Is Accompanied By Such An Or Equivalent. In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Abovementioned The Employer Informs That They Were Given To Determine The Required Quality Parameters That The Ordered Products Should Be Met By. The Employer, When Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trade Names, Allows At The Same Time All Market Equivalents That Have No Worse Qualit
