Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firm (National) (Lump-Sump) Title Of Service: COMMUNITY CAPACITY BUILDING & BEHAVIORAL CHANGE (CCBBC)-Consultant (National), Package no S-04/PMU Brief Description of Assignment: The Community Capacity Building and Behavioural Change (CCBBC) consultant shall undertake capacity building of local institutions engaged in WSS functions as well as to create awareness and awakening amongst customers and communities on water conservation, health, hygiene, utility of safe water supply and faecal sludge and solid waste management (FSM and SWM), timely payment of water and sanitation bills for the sustainability of WSS operations, etc. in the three hill towns. The proposed consultancy entitled CommunityCapacity Building and Behavioural Change (referred as CCBBC) shall report to the PMU, CHT-IRUWSSP and will work under the overall guidance, technical control, and directions of the Project Director, PMU, CHT-IRUWSSP and shall focus on three Hill towns of Rangamati, Bandarban and Lama.
