It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations. The Agreement Will Be For An Initial Term Of One (1) Year And May Be Renewed Up To Two (2) Times For Two (2) Years At A Time For A Maximum Total Term Of Five (5) Years.
