Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 Until 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 31, 2025. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference Will Be Held On Site At 201 West Spring Street, At 1:00 P.M., Thursday, March 20, 2025. Anyone Wishing To Submit A Proposal Must Attend Meeting. Proposal Documents May Be Obtained By Email To Rhonda Hawk, Rhawk@Co.Walton.Ga.Us Or To Gretchen Thurmond, Gretchen.Thurmond@Co.Walton.Ga.Us.A Bid Bond Or Certified Cashiers Check In The Amount Of Five Percent (5%) Of The Total Proposal Amount Is To Be Enclosed With The Proposal At The Time Of Submittal. Both A Performance And A Payment Bond Will Be Required In An Amount Equal To 100% Of The Contract Price.
