The Right To An Option Is Realized By The Contracting Authority By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Contract On The Grounds Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Within Up To 24 (Twenty -Four) Months Of The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Implement The Option For Additional Quantities. A Detailed Description Of The Containers And Rfid Cards And The Requirements For Their Implementation Are Indicated In The Technical Specification Applied To The Documentation. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement, With An Option For Additional Quantities, Is 621 640,00 (Six Hundred Twenty -One Thousand Six Hundred And Forty) Bgn Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Without The Option Included For Additional Quantities Is 215 250,00 (Word: Two Hundred And Fifteen Thousand Two And Fifty) Bgn Without Vat.
